I am currently recruiting for an Electrical Fitteror an Engineering company in Derbyshire
Your duties will include but not be limited to the following.
- Wiring and assembly of components for electrical switchgear
- Crimping, routing and cable terminating work.
- Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and schematic wiring accordingly.
- Electrical assembly.
- Use of hand tools.
The Candidate
To be successful in the role of you will have the following.
- Experience with point-to-point wiring.
- Possess an understanding of the requirements for the correct assembly of all electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies, as well as experience stripping, crimping, and terminating all cables
- Ability to understand and manufacture to GA and schematic drawings.
- Small wiring experience.
- Cable routing.
- Experience of electrical assembling and wiring
- Ability to act as a stand-alone operator on any given project.
