Meridian Business Support is seeking an experienced Primary Teacher for a Send school in Nottingham.
The role is set to start on Tuesday, 11th March 2025, and will require working Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm during term time and inset days.
The salary for this temporary position is between £130 and £150 per day, lasting until Easter 2025.
Candidates must possess qualified teacher status, a teaching qualification from the UK, and experience in teaching primary or children in a Send school setting.
Ideal applicants should have knowledge of teaching children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and other additional learning needs.

Meridian Business Support, Education division are working with a Send school based in Nottingham. They require an experienced, professional, enthusiastic Primary Teacher to work with their pupils.

Role responsibilities

Teaching inclusive classes, to6 pupils with the assistance of 2 teaching assistants.
Supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs and a range of diagnosis which may include Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorder, Attachment needs and mild/moderate learning needs.

Ideal candidates will have

Qualified teacher status
A teaching qualification gained in the UK
Experience teaching Primary or children within a Send school setting
Knowledge teaching children with SEMH, ASD and other additional learning needs
A DBS on the update service
Able to start on11th March 2025
Right to work in the UK
