Job Title: Community Psychiatric Nurse
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Community Psychiatric Nurse to join the Local Mental Health Team in Nottingham. This is a full-time role with a requirement for travel, so candidates must have their own transport.
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive psychiatric care within the community, supporting the mental health needs of patients under the Local Mental Health Team.

Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and deliver interventions for individuals experiencing mental health issues.

Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure cohesive and coordinated care, supporting patients in their journey to recovery.
Position Details:
- Location: Nottingham
- Work Pattern: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Contract Duration: 6 weeks initially, with potential for extension
- Rate: £26.00 per hour
- Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
- IR35 Status: Within IR35
Requirements:
- Valid NMC Pin
- Own transport is essential for this role due to travel requirements
- Previous experience in community psychiatric nursing preferred
