- Take on the role of Nurse in Charge, stepping in as deputy for the Clinic Manager when required.
- Mentor and empower your team, sharing knowledge and fostering professional growth.
- Lead care programs for renal patients, conducting assessments and tailoring treatments to their needs.
- Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care with compassion and professionalism.
- Operate and maintain dialysis machines, ensuring clinic procedures are followed.
- Engage patients in pre- and post-dialysis care reviews.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and service enhancements.
- NMC Registration as a General Nurse (or expected qualification by early 2024).
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a renal dialysis setting.
- Strong understanding of the NMC code of professional conduct.
- Confidence to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- A proactive, positive approach to delivering safe and effective care.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Competitive Salary: Up to £41,759 (depending on experience), plus a £3,000 sign-on bonus.
