We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join a reputable organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in their modern Nottingham office. Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and delivering process improvement projects across the HR function
  • Providing expert advice on complex employee relations matters
  • Supporting the recruitment of senior roles within the organisation
  • Managing and advising on maternity, paternity, flexible working requests, and other HR matters
  • Partnering with various departments to ensure HR practices meet business needs and regulatory requirements
