This role will directly support the Head of HR on all HR activity & projects covering the whole employee lifecycle to ensure a successful delivery of both HR and business objectives. This role has a fabulous opportunity to focus on internal process improvements and projects across the HR team. We are looking to attract CIPD qualified candidates who have demonstrable HR generalist experience in a senior role. Responsibilities within the role: - Provide high quality HR advice & guidance to the HR team and managers on a variety of HR subjects including complex ER matters - Support with employee survey & communicate findings to the business - HR projects - Support to make sure strategic goals and commercial requirements are achieved - Lead on continuous internal process improvements - Management of absence across the business, including absence meetings, liaising with Occupational Health providers - Support the HR team with recruitment of senior roles - Annual salary reviews, promotions and bonuses - Manage escalated inbox queries - Conduct exit interviews and report trends - Work closely with L&D - Help deliver the regular newsletter with key business updates Please apply now If you are interested in hearing more!
