Interim HR Business Partner
12 month FTC
Full Time - 37hr week
Nottingham base - with regular UK travel & WFH days
Up to £52,000 plus £6,500 car allowance and benefits package (private healthcare, up to 10% pension, 25 days hols plus bank holidays)

SF are currently working in partnership with a large market leader in their sector, supporting them in finding an Interim HR BP. This is a busy and hands on ER dominated opportunity, who recognise 4 trade unions so experience with trade unions is ideal.

It is a 12-month assignment, where you will be solely responsible for a region of the UK made up of around 800 employees. This means you need to be comfortable with regular travel weekly including overnight stays on occasions.

We are looking for candidates who have experience working within a high-volume HR service, ideally within 'blue collar' environments. You will need to be able to showcase your ER knowledge including complex ER, ideally at high volumes. CIPD Level 5 or 7 is essential.

Responsibilities within the role:
- You will manage your own HR casework
- Build and develop positive working relationships with trade union representatives and promote collaborative working
- Review and update HR policies and processes
- Proactively use data to identify trends and inform decisions
- Drive continuous improvement from hunting insights
- Build strong relationships with leaders to be a trusted point of contact on all people related matters
- Soley responsible for the delivery of an outstanding HR service to your region
