We are currently working with one of the UK's leading behavioural care and specialist support services and they're seeking a caring, compassionate HCPC registered band 5 Occupational Therapist to joining their multidisciplinary team in Nottingham.
Job Role:
The individual in this role will engage in the clinical supervision of Occupational Therapy support staff within the team, offering guidance and direction to their work while ensuring adherence to safe practices.
Professional and clinical oversight will be provided by the Senior Occupational Therapist / Head of Therapy Services. The post holder will connect with the broader Occupational Therapy network and collaborate with colleagues to guarantee high-quality service delivery, while also seeking opportunities for support and ongoing professional development.
Additionally, there will be opportunities to facilitate Occupational Therapy student placements in line with local agreements and standards, as well as to assist students from other disciplines. The post holder will also coordinate with a variety of agencies and services.
