Undertake property maintenance inspections
To liaise with tenants and residents affected as a result of the works to ensure delivery of an effective and appropriate service to all users
Provide day to day advice and guidance on technical building matters ie. Damp & mould
To ensure that value for money is delivered through all responsive repairs works
Experience required for the Repairs Inspector role:
Experience of working in the social housing sector
Experience of supervising building maintenance works and/or building workforces
Experience in dealing directly with the public and providing a high level of customer care
