We are delighted to be recruiting for a proactive and organised Administrator to support our client on a temporary basis. This role involves managing daily office tasks, including answering phones, handling emails, and liaising with clients to ensure smooth deliveries. You will also support the Office Manager in various administrative duties.
Day-to-day of the role:•   Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.•   Manage email inquiries and respond promptly.•   Liaise with clients to coordinate and ensure smooth deliveries.•   Support the Office Manager with administrative tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:•   Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Excel and Word.•   Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.•   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.•   Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.•   Experience in an administrative role is preferred.
