A really lovely, varied office support/HR role is the best way to describe this role. You will maintain the office facilitates and provide comprehensive HR, Recruitment and Admin support to the wider business and leadership team.

Hours of work 8.00-4.30 or 9-5.30. Office-based, with one day WFH.

Salary £28,000-£32,000. Benefits include 25 days holiday, a generous pension scheme, private healthcare and more.

MAIN DUTIES

  • Managing HR duties, including Recruitment, offer letters, scheduling interviews, starters, onboarding and leavers process. Coordinating training, managing pensions and benefits, coordinating staff surveys.
  • Organising quarterly staff social events
  • Meeting and greeting visitors, managing meeting rooms and overseeing the office maintenance
  • Providing admin support to senior managers, including diary management and travel
  • Coordinating security clearances
  • Point of contact for customer queries
