Days / Hours: Monday- Friday 9:00- 17:30 - Alternate Saturdays / 9:00- 16:00 (Day off in lieu)

Position Overview:
As the Office Manager, you will play an important role in establishing and growing the agency’s presence in the local market. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving business forward with pricing, negotiating sales and leading by example for the sales team. Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of property sales negotiations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers.
- Oversee the sales process from offer to completion.
- Ensure all transactions are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Manage and mentor other team members in the office.
- Foster a positive and productive working environment.
- Develop and implement growth strategies and plans for the branch.
- Monitor market trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
- Utilise the business's marketing resources to promote the branch and its listings.
- Collaborate with the team to develop local advertising campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property sales.
- Strong negotiation and sales progression skills.
- Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role within an estate agency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to achieve targets.
- Commercially aware with a strategic approach to business growth.
