With three unique divisions serving both B2B and B2C markets, the company specialises in high-quality, crafted furniture that brings beauty, functionality and comfort to customers. We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to lead their social media strategy, enhance their online presence and drive engagement with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- ·Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances brand visibility.
- Create compelling, visually engaging and brand-aligned content, including images, videos and stories.
- Plan and execute a consistent posting schedule across Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms to increase reach and engagement.
- Build and nurture an active online community by responding to comments, messages and customer enquiries.
- Develop creative campaigns to grow follower base and increase engagement with B2B and B2C audiences.
- Monitor and analyse social media trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Collaborate with the wider team to keep the website content fresh, relevant and aligned with social media campaigns.
- Optimise website user experience and track traffic from social media to the website for lead generation and conversion.
- Design and distribute engaging newsletters tailored to B2B and B2C audiences, including content for newsletters that highlights product launches, company news, and industry trends.
- Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimise strategies based on data insights.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management, particularly in B2B and B2C marketing.
- Strong skills in content creation.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, or similar).
- Experience with website content management and basic knowledge of SEO is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships with customers.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
