Key responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Category Account Director, clients, and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of packaging briefs.

Oversee the creation and management of project timelines, ensuring efficient, on-time, and within-scope project delivery.

Manage assigned accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for client product teams.

Take creative briefs and apply a strong understanding of structural CAD and print production processes.

Manage project time and costs, including critical path creation, quotation requests, and commercial governance.

Handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring successful end-to-end delivery.

Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Demonstrate strong organisational skills to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed.

Foster effective relationships with both internal teams and external clients to facilitate collaboration.

Champion sustainability and innovation, continually seeking ways to improve processes and adapt to change.

Understand client requirements, challenges, and goals within the evolving retail market.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in managing accounts and projects, particularly in packaging, with a solid understanding of creative briefs and the packaging production process (including structural CAD and print production)

. Prior experience in a fast-paced retail, corporate, or agency environment (particularly production or creative) is essential.

Strong organisational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting deadlines.

Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both internal teams and clients.

Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable, with a knack for improving processes in dynamic environments.

Expertise in the packaging production process, including CAD, load-ups, print production, and distribution, with a focus on sustainability and innovation.

Strong relationship-building skills, ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams and external clients.
