We are working in partnership with a growing, multi-site organisation who are now seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead operational performance and compliance across multiple locations.

This is a senior leadership role offering the opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day operational management, staff supervision, and strategic process improvements, supporting both operational excellence and business growth.

The Role

Reporting to senior leadership, the Operations Manager will be responsible for managing site performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading a team across multiple locations. The role requires a hands-on and proactive individual with excellent leadership skills and a strong operational background.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring effective performance and compliance

  • Lead and supervise site teams, including rota planning and staff development

  • Ensure compliance with SIA, ACS, ICO, and all relevant health & safety legislation

  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are up to date and followed

  • Support HR processes, including disciplinaries, investigations, and performance management

  • Deliver training and development programmes for staff

  • Maintain high levels of customer service and client satisfaction

  • Complete operational documentation, audits, and reporting requirements accurately and on time

  • Lead operational improvement initiatives and support business growth strategies

Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience managing operations across multiple sites

  • Valid SIA Licence (Non-Frontline or Frontline accepted)

  • Clean UK driving licence

  • Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations, risk assessments, and SOP management

  • Experience handling HR processes and employee relations matters

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills

  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance (SIA, ACS, ICO)

  • Experience delivering training and developing teams

  • Confident communicator with excellent organisational and decision-making skills

Salary & Benefits
