Job Details:
This Cover Supervisor role is flexible and can be full or part-time, starting on a temporary basis with the potential to progress into a permanent position. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support students in the absence of teaching staff, ensuring a positive and structured learning environment.

  • Provide support to students with challenging behaviour, using de-escalation techniques where necessary.
  • Foster strong relationships with students to encourage mutual respect and cooperation.
  • Uphold the school's policies on behaviour, attendance, and safeguarding.
