The Role:

We are looking for a motivated Exam Invigilator to monitor and support students during the exam periods in our Secondary Schools. In this Temp role, you will be responsible for ensuring preparations and clear-up of the exam halls are completed efficiently, observing exams, collecting papers, and guiding students towards to specified locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision: Oversee the exam room to ensure that all rules and regulations are followed.
  • Setting & Clearing Up: Prepare the exam room, including arranging seating and distributing exam materials & collect all exam materials at the end of the session and ensure the room is left tidy.
  • Monitoring: Watch for any signs of cheating or disruptive behaviour.
  • Providing Instructions: Clearly explain exam procedures and rules to students before the exam begins.
  • Assisting Students: Address any queries related to exam protocols and provide necessary support.
  • Maintaining Security: Ensure the confidentiality and security of exam papers and materials.

Minimum Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following minimum criteria:

  • Training: Completed a Certificate relating to Exam Invigilation. Familiarity with safeguarding policies and procedures also required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organisational skills.
