£155-£180 per day based on experience

SF Recruitment are excited to be bringing an interim analyst position to the market, our client needs someone who has power of the eye in people analytics and data. Our clients HR team need support through this professional on their level of understanding of core people data to enable them to have an evidence-based approach and be able to make the right decisions.

You will need a proactive and structured approach in addressing challenges and shaping solutions. Someone who can really bring their dashboards & data packs to life to help to get to the bottom of issues.

This role is based out of Nottingham, on average working 2 days a week in the office, 3 days at home working full time hours but can be flexible on timings. Currently a 6-month contract due to the need of an immediate pair of extra hands to support workload but does have the possibility of becoming permanent.
