This is an exciting opportunity for an experiencedpayrollprofessional to join a stable and growing business, working closely with theHR departmentto ensure seamless payroll operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for apayrollprofessional looking for aflexible, part-time rolein afriendly and supportiveenvironment. Youll be a key part of the team, working closely with HR to ensure smoothpayrolloperations while maintaining compliance and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full end-to-endpayrollprocessing for both weekly and monthlypayroll
  • UsingSage Payrollto process payments accurately and on time
  • Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation, HMRC requirements, and company policies
  • Managingpayrollqueries, working alongside HR to resolve queries
  • Handling tax, NI, pensions, holiday pay, statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP), and deductions
  • Processing new starters, leavers, contract changes, and anypayrolladjustments
  • Preparingpayrollreports and liaising with finance for reconciliations and audits

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience managingend-to-end payroll
  • Strong knowledge ofSage Payroll
  • Ability to interpret and applypayrollregulations and employment legislation
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively withHR and finance teams
  • A proactive and organised approach to managing multiplepayrolldeadlines
