Payroller and Accounts Assistant Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator with a knack for numbers and a passion for accuracy? Look no further, as we are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in the role of Payroller and Accounts Assistant.? Essential Skills:- 3 years of experience as a payroll administrator or accounting professional- Proficiency in operating monthly payroll in a fast-paced environment- Ability to process invoices, payments, and expenses into Xero with error-free ledgers- Skilled in performing regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy- Excellent client communication skills to handle invoice queries professionally- Understanding of complex bonus/commission calculations and salary sacrifice- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and payroll software like Xero- Meticulous attention to detail and high level of accuracy- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies- Positive "Can Do" attitude with excellent planning and organizational skillsDesirable Skills:- Experience working with foreign currency would be an advantage- Familiarity with month-end reconciliations- Ability to prepare and submit VAT returns- Knowledge of P11d & PSA preparation and submission- Experience in processing temporary workers in payrollSalary: Up to £30,000Permanent roleOn-siteIf you are someone with a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a dedication to delivering high-quality work, we want to hear from you!
