Your new companyMy client is seeking a Pensions and Payroll Compliance Lead to oversee payroll compliance, ensuring adherence to UK income tax, national insurance, and pension regulations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers to maintain accurate records and promote best practices.Your new role

  • Act as the payroll expert.
  • Collaborate with payroll and pension providers for accuracy and value.
  • Monitor payroll data accuracy and submission timeliness
  • Provide guidance on complex payroll, tax, and pension issues.
  • Stay updated on UK payroll and pension changes.
  • Foster a positive culture and support personal development.
