Key Job Details:- Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist (Band 6-8b)
- Location: NHS Hospital, Nottingham
- Duration: 3-6 months locum contract
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
- Start Date: ASAP, April 2025
- End Date: Ongoing
- Rate of Pay: £25 - £43 per hour (via Umbrella), depending on experience & banding

Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving patient outcomes across medical and surgical wards. In this role, you will:? Provide expert clinical pharmacy support to hospital wards? Conduct medication reviews and optimise treatment plans? Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe prescribing? Offer specialist advice on complex cases and medicine management? Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with NHS guidelines
Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:? GPhC registration as a Pharmacist? Prior NHS hospital experience (essential)? Experience in medical & surgical ward cover? Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills? Ability to work effectively within a hospital setting
Working Hours & Contract Duration:This locum role requires full-time availability Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
