What You'll Be Doing:

Join our client's high-performing team as a Clinical Pharmacist and make a direct impact on patient outcomes within a supportive and forward-thinking hospital environment. In this ward-based role focused on orthopaedic care, you will:

• Deliver comprehensive medication reviews• Develop and manage personalised treatment plans• Provide expert clinical input to enhance patient recovery• Collaborate daily with a skilled multidisciplinary team• Keep meticulous, up-to-date records in line with hospital standards

Requirements & Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• A valid GPhC registration• Experience working on hospital wards (orthopaedics or general inpatients ideal)• Strong clinical judgement and communication skills• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider clinical team• A passion for delivering safe, effective, and patient-focused care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, offering excellent work-life balance and flexibility. The contract is ongoing, with the strong likelihood of extension based on performance and service demand.
