We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Community Pharmacist to join our friendly team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care, advising patients on medication management, and promoting health and wellness initiatives within the community.

Key Duties

  • Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide professional advice on medication use, side effects, and interactions.
  • Conduct medication reviews and health consultations.
  • Support patients with chronic disease management.
  • Engage with the community through health promotion activities and educational workshops.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to all regulatory standards.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

  • Registered Pharmacist with a valid GPhC registration.

  • Passion for patient care and community health.
