Orthotist - NHS Contract (Nottingham)Service Care Solutions is recruiting for an experienced Orthotist to join a temporary agency contract within the NHS in Nottingham. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a highly skilled professional seeking a flexible part-time role in a clinical setting.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver specialized clinical services for both outpatients and inpatients (ward-based care).
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including biomechanical evaluations, gait analysis, and diagnostic fittings.
  • Provide expert advice and recommend appropriate orthotic solutions to meet patients' needs.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care pathways.
  • Manage and maintain accurate patient records and documentation in line with NHS protocols.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Degree or equivalent in Prosthetics and Orthotics. Must be HCPC-registered.
  • Experience:
    • Proven clinical expertise in orthotic patient care across various conditions.
    • Competency in working with both adult and pediatric patient groups is preferred.
    • Knowledge of NHS protocols and experience working within an NHS setting is desirable.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and diagnostic skills to deliver high-quality care in both outpatient and ward environments.
