Working Hours: 37 hours per week - Flexible and agile working (by agreement) to cover the service 24 hours per day and 7 days a week

About the Role
As an experienced Plasterer, you will contribute to the provision of good quality rented housing, and the achievement of high levels of tenant satisfaction, improving the landlord and tenant relationships, and protecting health and safety.
You will be carrying out works to any wall covering and finish where it is NCC Housing Services responsibility and we will look to you to fault find and undertake appropriate remedial works where failure of wall structure, covering and finish linked to water penetration and damp. As part of your role you will ensure that any wall coverings remain in reasonable state of repair and any inconvenience to customers is minimised.
We will also look to you to use elements of the skills of other general trades to meet the target of first-time fix where it is efficient and appropriate to do so.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of working in all aspects of plastering works
- Qualified, certified & trained Plasterer to NVQ3 or C&G Advance Craft.
- Full and valid driving licence.
- Experience of communicating with customers with differing needs.
- Experience of carrying out investigations and tests to identify faults and the root cause of issues and implement lasting solutions.
- A well-organised and a methodical approach to completing tasks and prioritisation skills.
