- The role involves overseeing plumbing and heating PPMs and reactive maintenance on various commercial sites, including student accommodations and care homes.
- This mobile position offers a company van, fuel card, on-call rota, and opportunities for overtime.
- Candidates should possess a recognized Plumbing qualification, specifically City & Guilds Level 2, along with experience in maintaining commercial plant.

In this role you will be responsible for day to day plumbing and heating PPMs and reactive maintenance on commercial sites, such as Student Accommodations, Care Homes, Retails site and offices.
This is a mobile role that comes with a company van and fuel card, there is an on call rota, door to door and scope for overtime.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a recognised Plumbing qualification, City & Guilds Level 2 as a minimum and experience maintaining commercial plant.
