  • Partner with teams to ensure effective review and challenge of consumer committee and forum materials
  • Facilitate key Consumer Duty governance committees
  • Lead governance improvement programmes across the Risk Office and wider business
  • Analyse insights from customer journey testing and other sources to identify key themes and share findings with senior stakeholders
  • Advocate for customers, using internal and external insights to inform recommendations

About you:

  • Experience in risk management, particularly internal risk practices
  • Strong understanding of customer regulation and Consumer Duty principles
  • Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative data, delivering actionable insights
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with a collaborative and influential approach
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations
  • Strong judgement and the ability to assess and recommend actions on diverse risks
  • Critical thinking skills and a passion for improving customer outcomes
