Your new companyYou will be working for a Housing Association based in Nottingham on a permanent full time basis. Your new role

  • Determine, develop and manage the quality management system across the Homes and Wellbeing (HW) department to ensure compliance with external accreditations, CQC, Ofsted and the Regulator of Social Housing and as defined by ISO 9001:2008, 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001.
  • Lead a team of internal quality assessors to deliver the Care and Support and HW internal audit programme.
  • Ensure appropriate policies and procedures are developed and consistently managed across HW and in line with corporate policies, legislation and best practice.
  • Ensure Care and Support services maintain external certifications, including being the lead business partner, where appropriate with external accrediting organisations.
  • Take the lead in providing support and advice to operational managers to deliver regulatory and accreditation requirements and to drive continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders to promote company services services; attending events and conferences as appropriate.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent up to date knowledge of delivering Regulatory Compliance in relation to CQC.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Quality Assurance Systems
  • Desirable knowledge of Ofsted/ Regulator of Social Housing
