Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a legal firm who are seeking an experienced and motivated Risk and Compliance Executive to join a dynamic team. You will play a crucial part of the team resolving client due diligence, conflict resolution, risk management and ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolving escalated conflict issues
- Conducting and reviewing risk reports, identifying any issues and assessing potential risks
- Monitoring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Liaising with internal stakeholders
- Report back to business functions on current risk and compliance performance
- Carry out various general administrative duties (such as file creation and maintenance of ongoing administrative projects)
- Minimum 2 years working as a CDD, risks and conflicts analyst in a law firm or financial services
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Hybrid working (2 days per week in the office)
