A specialist health, safety, and construction design risk management consultancy based in the Midlands is looking to add another CDM Advisor to their amazing H&S team!
A one off opportunity to join such a collaborative and supportive company who really focus on personal career and skill development. They work on a broad range of projects such as sport facilities, residential towers and town re-developments.
The CDM Advisor Role
- The successful CDM Advisor will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with the CDM 2015 Regulations across a variety of construction projects.
- Acting as the Client CDM Advisor, delivering expert guidance and support throughout the design and construction phases.
- Ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to and risks are effectively managed.
- Coordinating with designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to prepare and review essential health and safety documentation, including pre-construction information and construction phase plans.
- Conducting site inspections and audits to ensure ongoing compliance with safety standards.
- This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from residential developments to large commercial builds, providing a dynamic and engaging work environment.
The ideal CDM Advisor will have:
- Proven experience in CDM advisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of CDM 2015 Regulations and health and safety practices.
- A background in construction or design.
- Relevant qualifications such as NEBOSH Construction Certificate, TechIOSH, or APS membership.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach.
