You will be working with Hays Education, who are one of the largest recruitment agencies working within primary schools in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. We are currently recruiting Supply Teachers who can teach from Reception through to KS1 or a specific stage / year group on a day-to-day basis, as well as long-term roles who are based in Clifton / Gotham / Surrounding Areas.

**Job Description:** We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS1 Supply Teacher to join our team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to Key Stage 1 students, ensuring that each child reaches their full potential.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity and consistency in teaching.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress.

**Requirements:**

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching Key Stage 1 students.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to adapt to different teaching environments and work effectively as part of a team.
