Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification
Experience in supply teaching or similar roles within primary education
Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to create an effective and positive learning environment
A flexible and adaptable teaching approach, capable of stepping into different classrooms and year groups with ease
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with school staff, students, and parents
A passion for supporting children's academic and social development
A proactive and motivated approach to teaching and supporting students
