Primary Teaching Assistant | KS1 & KS2 Support | Nottingham - NG1, NG9, NG11 | Immediate Start | £85- £105 per day

Long Term Futures is seeking an experienced and qualified Teaching Assistant to join primary schools across nottingham. This role will involve supporting students across both KS1 and KS2, as well as providing tailored SEN support where required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students in KS1 and KS2, assisting with both academic and personal development
  • Work closely with teachers to implement lesson plans and deliver interventions where necessary
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with SEN, helping them stay engaged and progress in their learning
  • Adapt learning materials to cater to different abilities and learning styles
  • Assist with behaviour management, ensuring a positive and structured learning environment
  • Collaborate with the SENCo and class teachers to develop personalised support plans

As a Teaching Assistant you will have:

  • Previous experience working in a primary school, particularly in KS1 and KS2
  • Experience supporting students with SEN (ASD, ADHD, ADD)
  • A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or Level 3) is desirable
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to classroom support
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Additional Information:

  • Full-time role, Monday to Friday
  • Paid £95 - £105 per day, term time only
  • Immediate start, with potential for a long-term placement
