At XMA we have an exciting opportunity for a Product Information Executive based in the Nottingham office and this role is about administration of policies in product set-up and management within our systems. This will involve data management, spreadsheets, completion of set tasks etc.

JOB SPECIFICATION: Product Information Executive

The Product Information Executive as part of the central product team is a key role whose primary responsibilities are to support the set-up, management and organisation of our product data within our business systems.
Key to the roles success is ensuring that all product information is 100% accurate, up-to-date, and consistent. This is important in ensuring that products are available in system when we quote and transact customer orders. Overall, you will work closely with other internal teams to ensure we capture all necessary product information elements for a seamless process from product set-up to quote, order and invoice.
Along with this the product master data will be maintained to a standard to ensure accurate and detailed BI to inform and aid decision making in our business.

REQUIREMENTS: Product Information Executive

The ideal candidate for this role will be someone with the following experience:
• Experience of data management in any sector.
• A strong attention to detail.
