We are recruiting on behalf of our client, an innovative digital marketing agency with ambitious growth plans, to find a talented PPC Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for pay-per-click advertising to take ownership of campaigns, drive results for clients, and grow with a forward-thinking organisation.

About the RoleAs a PPC Specialist, you will:

  • Create and execute effective paid ad strategies across platforms such as Google, Bing, and Facebook.
  • Collaborate with the internal PPC team and stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
  • Optimise campaigns to achieve KPIs and provide insightful reporting to clients and management.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Engage with internal processes, such as updating CRM systems and project management tools, to ensure smooth operations.

Career ProgressionThis role offers a clear pathway to advance into leadership positions, such as PPC Lead and ultimately Head of PPC, within a couple of years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tailored PPC strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Continuously monitor and optimise accounts to drive performance improvements.
  • Manage client communications, including reporting results and discussing strategies.
  • Balance a portfolio of client accounts while adhering to allocated hours.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in PPC and digital marketing.
  • Support internal marketing activities and assist the sales team with proposals and audits.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics.
  • Excellent copywriting abilities and attention to detail.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, especially for campaign management.
  • Experience conducting PPC audits, keyword research, and creating proposals.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools such as Monday.com.
