Duties

Overseeing circa x12-15 mechanical services/sub-contractors (Plumbing/Heating & Air Con) on large commercial project
Managing H&S, materials, work quality & productivity
Mechanical services valued at circa 3.5m (M&E 7m in total). Install includes air source heat pumps, soil stacks, copper risers etc

Qualifications required: a valid CSCS/JIB card & SSSTS certificate.

Payments: weekly
