Our client a growing MEP Contractor with a successful track record spanning over 25 in the Construction industry are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor from a plumbing/piping background to join their project team on a new project in the Cambridge area. You will be suitably qualified ideally from a trades (plumbing/piping background with over 5 years experience working within the residential, commercial project sectors in the UK. Your responsibilities will include

  • Overseeing the installation of HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems, ensuring alignment with project plans and specifications.
  • Ensuring all mechanical work meets building codes, safety standards, and project requirements through inspections and testing.
  • Monitoring daily mechanical activities, enforces safety protocols, and ensures work is executed efficiently and safely.
  •  Coordinating labour, materials, and subcontractors to maintain productivity and prevent delays.
  •  Oversees system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning to ensure all mechanical systems function properly before project completion.
