NEC ECC Project Manager

My client are leading partners with Nottinghamshire country council, working to develop their property portfolio across the county. Projects recently worked on include; local schools, libraries, and infrastructure projects.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects, from start to finish, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a solid understanding of construction processes and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee construction projects from start to finish
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Identify and address project risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget
