Our client is looking for a project manager to join their team, covering schools & NHS buildings.

The ideal candidate must have FM experience, PFI or done projects for local authorities educational sites. Must have a strong working knowledge of riba.

The Role

Overseeing schools and NHS buildings
P&L support
Financial sign offs
Experience of working on lifecycle and variation works up to £2.5m per year
Health & Safety sign off
Client facing and holding meetings
Reports

Qualifications & Experience

Qualification in M&E or building fabric or relevant project management experience.
