I am looking for a Project Manager who specialises in Social Housing Assets to join a social housing provider in Nottinghamshire. The Project Manager will be responsible monitoring capital projects throughout the area and for the delivery of multimillion regeneration projects. This is a 3-6 month contract with hybrid working available.

Project Manager responsibilities:

Manage individual capital projects, making informed decisions, assessing problem and negotiating with team members.
Plan, co-ordinate and develop consultation and publicity on capital projects
Operational delivery of estate improvement projects
Be responsible for multimillion pound programmes of regeneration projects

What is required for the position:

Degree or equivalent HND/HNC
Ability to prepare and maintain up to date project plans
Working knowledge and understanding of safety practices and legislation
