Project Manager

We arerecruiting for an established civil engineering contractor who are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to lead thedelivery of major local authority civil engineering project.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience of working on major civil engineering projects on application and provide references to demonstrate.

Key responsibilities:

• Daily management of the project, includingsite team and all sub-contractors
• Ensurehealth and safety standards are adhered too at all times
• Work closely with QSto monitor costs and projectbudgets
• Production of Master Programme in conjuction with the Planner
• Chair weekly client liaison and progress meetings
• Manage quality and ensure project specifications are met

Qualifications & Person Spec:

Applicants must have the following to be considered for this role.

• HNC,HND or Degree in Civil Engineering
• CITB SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• Environmental & H&SAwareness
• Suitable applicants will be proactive, professionaland a strong team player
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
