Project Manager - Nottingham

Project Manager - a leading privately-owned contractor is searching for a Project Manager to join the expanding team based in the East Midlands region. This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join an award-winning design and build contactor delivering projects from 5m - 30m across the East Midlands.

The initial project is a specialist healthcare development in Nottingham (15m). This scheme consists of a major refurbishment and structural alternations to a landmark building in Nottingham which will provide essential services to the community.

As the Project Manager you will lead the delivery of this development liaising with the client, managing project stakeholders and leading the site delivery team.

Our client would consider a Senior Site Manager for the role if they can show experience leading projects of 10m+ as the project lead (No.1).

Requirements:
- Experience delivering D&B projects as Project Lead
- Experience managing clients and sub-contractors
- Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
- SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Plan resources on site to maximise productivity and profit
- Manage projects to the highest standards of safety
- Manage sub-contractors and project stakeholders
- Deliver projects to meet contractual standards

The Package:
- Basic salary of 62,000 - 68,000 (DOE)
- Company Car or Car Allowance (5,000)
- Company Bonus Scheme
- Healthcare and Pension

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Project Lead delivering healthcare projects ranging from 10m+
