Project Manager - East Midlands
Project Manager or Contracts Manager - An exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager or Contracts Manager to manage multiple framework projects up to £10 million for our Main Contractor client.
Duties
- Manage and oversee construction contracts, ensuring compliance with legal, health and safety, and quality standards.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and project teams, ensuring clear communication and timely project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, negotiate contracts, and prepare reports for senior management to ensure successful project outcomes.
Experience
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, quality control standards, and legal requirements in construction.
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager within the construction industry, particularly working on public sector frameworks.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex contracts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
