Are you looking for a permanent position working on social housing contracts?

TS Recruitment are recruiting for a Project Manager in the East Midlands region for a social housing contractor.

Benefits

  • Basic salary circa £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
  • Company car or car allowance (take your pick)
  • 37.5 hour working week
  • 3% employer and 5% employee pension contributions
  • 20 days annual leave plus Christmas shutdown
  • Holiday allowance increasing by 1 day for every completed year up to 23 days

Job Role & Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

  • Manage social housing contracts including voids, kitchen and bathrooms and responsive repairs
  • Manage direct labour and subcontractors on site
  • Oversee and control costs on site
  • Quality control, recording relevant information and variations
  • Lead on snagging and client meetings
  • Health hand safety responsibility
  • Produce progress reports and update the Head of FM of site progress
  • Visit the Nottingham office when required

Company Details

  • Facilities management contractor working on the social housingsector
  • Regular client base with long term frameworks in place
  • Office based in Nottingham but covering the East Midlands and Oxford region

Knowledge/Experience:

  • Experience working within a social housingrole
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First aid qualifications preferred
  • A hands-onProject Manager and happy to spend time on site
  • Commercial aware and efficient with delivering projects within budget
  • Full UK driving license
