Job Title: Project Manager
Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 + Car
Sector: Offsite Construction - Self Build
Location: South Yorkshire - National Projects
Are you an experienced project manager with a background in delivering self-build projects?
Would you enjoy working for a growing business in a growing market?
This could be the perfect role for you!
This is a role that will see you at the forefront of the project delivery of self build housing solutions, where you will play a key part in the successful delivery of these buildings. Working with a private client base, you will be the main point of contact so strong communication skills and experience with private clients would be very beneficial.
You will be helping families bring their visions to life as they seek to make extensions and additions to their properties to accommodate other family members. These are projects with a personal touch are highly rewarding!
Essential Requirements as a Project Manager:
- A background in delivering timber frame projects
- Ability to produce your own RAMS
- Understanding & experience of delivering residential developments - preferably high end one off projects
- Proven background in project planning and scheduling
- Strong sub contract management skills
- Willingness to travel Nationally for projects
- SMSTS, CSCS
