We are seeking an experienced and skilled facades project manager to join our team for a new project in Nottingham.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of facade projects from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with all stakeholders
- Oversee the design, procurement, and installation of facade systems
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
Essential:
- Relevant experience managing projects up to £5 million value is desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facade project management
- Strong knowledge of facade systems and construction methods
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software - Elecosoft Asta
