Salary: Up to 25k DOE
Location: Nottingham
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours a week)


Harper Recruitment group are working in partnership with a successful property management company who are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their administration team. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks and play a vital role in supporting their property managers and ensure smooth office operations.

What will the role involve?

  • Dealing with and resolving customer queries
  • Answering incoming calls and diverting to the correct department
  • Sending letters and emails to customers and staff
  • Managing office supplies and ordering stationery
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Processing payments
  • Providing administration support to property managers
  • Sending out job sheets/purchase orders
  • Performing other general office duties as needed.


The successful Administrator will meet the following criteria:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven customer service or administrative experience
  • Experience within the property industry would be desirable but not essential
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt
