They pride themselves on delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and sellers. Situated in the popular Nottingham suburb of West Bridgford, they are looking for a Portfolio Manager to join their team.

Role Overview:We are seeking a Portfolio Manager to join our client’s growing team. This hybrid role offers a balance between office-based work, remote working, and property visits. The successful candidate will manage the full lettings process from application approval to tenancy management, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve tenant applications.
  • Instruct tenant referencing and ensure thorough checks are completed.
  • Prepare and sign Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) agreements.
  • Coordinate the move-in process, ensuring all documentation is complete and legal requirements are met.
  • Act as the main point of contact for tenants and landlords during the tenancy.
  • Address and resolve tenant queries and property issues efficiently.
  • Oversee routine inspections, check ins & check outs and maintenance requests.
  • Manage renewals and termination processes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property lettings and management is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software (training provided for in-house systems).
  • Full UK driving license and access to your own transport.
