Regional Property Manager

We are seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a team including Repairs Officers and a Project Support Officer for a leading Housing provider. This role involves managing Responsive Repairs, Alteration Requests, Formal Complaints, Damp and Mould cases, and Voids across our property stock in the Midlands and East Anglia. This is an interim position with the potential to become permanent.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Oversee and manage contractors in accordance with contracts, aiming for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with all parties involved.
  • Monitor and report on performance against all KPIs.
  • Manage a multifaceted repairs team, providing strong leadership and direction.
  • Analyse customer feedback to drive service improvements.
  • Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in all reporting.
  • Handle budget management, ensuring adherence to set budgets and managing financial expectations.
  • Engage with external stakeholders effectively.
  • Respond to customer enquiries both over the phone and in writing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a repairs team.
  • Essential experience in Contract Management.
  • Proven competency with building pathology.
  • Experience dealing with customers from diverse backgrounds and delivering a positive, transparent service.
  • Ability to analyse customer feedback to enhance service quality.
  • Experience working with external stakeholders.
  • Budget management skills.
  • Must have a car and business insurance.
  • Desirable: Experience in housing or a related field.
